Smooth Onion Skin has been reborn as MVP Onion Skin.
The name Onion Skin comes from its remarkable thinness and translucency, resembling the delicate skin of an onion. Unlike conventional naturally air-dried papers, MVP Onion Skin achieves its exceptional smoothness through a dry-roll drying process.
It is highly resistant to feathering with both water-based inks and fountain pen inks. In addition, it is compatible with oil-based and alcohol-based inks.
Inkjet printing is also possible by mounting the sheets onto a backing sheet to prevent movement during printing. For best results, we recommend a printer with rear paper feeding and front paper output.
Note 1: Due to the nature of this paper, slight wrinkles may occasionally appear in certain areas.
Note 2: Alcohol-based inks may show slight bleed-through. When using alcohol inks, please place a protective sheet underneath to prevent ink transfer to the surface below.
