Wshi Confetti Kami-fubuki was made by Umeda Washi, a washi paper manufacturer based in Echizen. Umeda Washi established in 1927. Wshi Confetti Kami-fubuki was taken in production using two-layer sticking method. The colored and 2mm cut washi is sprinkled like Confetti on the surface layer. You can do calligraphy by the brush pen, fountain pen and so on.
